|Answer:||This billing issue can occur for a number of reasons, either via clicking twice when making a purchase before the page refreshes or through an error in order processing.
If you encounter an instance of double-billing, please contact customer service prior to contacting your financial institution. We will review the transaction and reverse the excess charge if possible. Note: A screenshot of your billing statement can help expedite this process.
